By renting a storage unit at ABC Storage Solutions, you agree to follow these facility rules. Violations may result in additional charges or termination of your rental agreement.

Noise and Conduct

Maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all tenants

Tenants shall not make or allow any disturbing noises in the unit

Music during loading/unloading must be at appropriate volumes

✓

Activities outside units must be reasonable and non-disruptive

✗

No lounging or loud conversations in common areas

✗

Children cannot be left unattended or play inside units or the facility

Cleanliness Standards

Keep your unit and common areas clean and sanitary

✓

Units must remain clean and free from odors

✗

No littering - including papers, cigarette butts, or any trash

✗

No hazardous material accumulation

✗

Garbage cannot be stored within units

✗

Personal items must stay inside units; outside materials may be removed and charged to tenant

Parking Regulations

Limited parking for loading and unloading only

✗

Tenants receive no assigned parking spaces

✗

No parking overnight or for extended periods beyond 3 hours

✗

No vehicle maintenance (oil changes, repairs) on the premises

✓

Parking is permitted only for transporting items to/from your storage unit

Facility Access Hours

Know when you can access your unit

Unit Access Hours:

Daily 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Note: Gated units with personalized codes may have 24/7 access. Contact the office for details about your specific unit.
